Why choose us as your charity? We are a small charity based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. 100% of the money you give goes directly to India to help some of the poorest people. We make a huge difference with few resources. India Direct is run entirely by volunteers – no salaries (only minimal admin expenses - taken from Gift Aid). Our work is targeted at needs identified by our Indian partners. We make regular trips to India/England ensure accountability, which we fund ourselves, not from the charity.
