Last year’s event was a sparkling success in terms of venue, atmosphere, weather and fun value! This year, we would like even more people to take part to give a party atmosphere. After the walk/run/crawl, we aim to have a mass picnic in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall, which will be indicated by our India Direct banner. The grounds are stunning and there is an on-site brewery, and wild boar burgers available to buy! The route is flat and mostly along a disused railway track.

We raise lots of money from this sponsored event because all the organisation, marshalling, the route, health and safety aspects are covered by the FSI (Foundation for Social Improvement) who support small charities like ours.
