An art exhibition was held in Rainow two weeks ago.  Local artist Eileen Haworth, a long time supporter of India Direct, sold one of her lovely paintings to the highest bidder.  She then very generously donated the funds to us. The exhibition took place on the weekend of the 19th November at the Church centre and there were approximately 90 paintings on show.   It always proves to be a popular exhibition and there were many visitors.   The painting was of her favourite beach in Anglesey.  Thank you Eileen for your kindness and generosity.
