Cyclone Hits Joy Children’s Home – can you help us?

HUGE THANK YOU TO RAINOW ARTIST EILEEN HAWORTH

An art exhibition was held in Rainow two weeks ago.  Local artist Eileen Haworth, a long time supporter of India Direct, sold one of her lovely paintings to the highest bidder.  She then very generously donated the funds to us. Bethel Children on TV! Annie was approached by a TV company who wanted to film children in a children's home celebrating Diwali.   It was broadcast on Diwali day.   This was great fun and all the children had a wonderful time being on TV.  Annie will send us a CD later so that we can upload

Christmas Direct – £1500 raised! Thank You!

Thank you so much for your kind and generous donations to our Christmas Direct scheme.  This is an annual project that enables the children in our care to have a fantastic Christmas in India.  Photos of the children opening their cards and enjoying their Christmas to follow as soon as we receive them.
