Christmas Direct Shop

Welcome to our ‘Christmas Direct’ Shop. 

Each Christmas, our annual fundraising appeal aims to raise funds for a Christmas celebration for the children of Bethel & Joy, along with the Widows & Families we support in their communities. Each year we raise around £2000 towards this goal.

Each year’s appeal aims to provide the children and families we support with a Christmas meal and chance to celebrate together. The children have a visit from Father Christmas, and are provided with new outfits and small gifts (toys, drawing materials, games). Some families, where appropriate, are gifted items to support self-sufficiency: for example, a goat, chickens or farming tools. Our charity partners also take the opportunity to meet with families and the children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing (which can include giving access to additional provisions, employment/education support and healthcare). None of this is possible without the support of India Direct’s supporters and volunteers. 

We hope that you’ll be able to support our appeal: as always, every penny of the cost of a purchase will go directly towards changing lives.
